Great book on mindful living

I really appreciate this book about breathing, eating, health, and exercise that is written from a perspective of mindfulness. It is helping me overcome some of my own barriers. A good book for those, looking to learn how to live in the moment. It can be used to remove obsessive thoughts of the mind and bad habits.
